Introduction to the Stroke Data Science Catalyst
Join us at this webinar to hear about our Stroke Catalyst's aims, insights and an update on our open funding call.
Join the BHF Data Science Centre for a special one-off webinar which will feature an Introduction to the Stroke Data Science Catalyst and an exciting update on their open funding call.
The Stroke Data Science Catalyst is a partnership between the Stroke Association, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) and Health Data Research UK (HDR UK) established to champion and enable the power of data to further stroke research.
They will be joined by the Stroke Association’s Head of Research, Richard Francis who will provide an introduction and discuss the Stroke Association’s priorities.
They will then hear from BHF Data Science Centre Associate Director and Catalyst lead, Professor William Whiteley, who will then give an overview of the aims and plans for the project, including details about their upcoming funding call.
You’ll be able to learn more about how they are improving access to data for researchers and health policy analysts; how they plan to develop leadership in stroke data science research, and how they will involve patients and the public affected by stroke in the use of their data.
Don’t miss out on their Q & A session at the end, in which attendees will be invited to join them for discussion.
