Broadening horizons for PhD-level data scientists with Academic Schools and Immersion Weeks
Bringing together early career data scientists to learn new skills, and foster high-impact research partnerships
The Great UK PhD Data Science survey identified a need for holistic, advanced-level training for PhD students.
In response, HDR UK is running Academic Schools and Immersion Weeks where early career scientists and postgraduates can network with and learning from current industry leaders.
It provides a superb opportunity for industry, academia and the NHS to engage with some of the most talented up-and-coming data scientists in the UK – including future leaders in the field.
For 2023 the HDR UK – Roche Summer School for PhD students will explore single-cell imaging analysis. Right now, HDR UK is looking for partners to help lead future Academic Schools and Immersion Weeks
