Places at the first annual forum for HDR UK’s early career research community and the wider alumni network have now sold out.

The conference is a unique opportunity for fellows, PhD students, technologists, and alumni from across HDR UK to come together, share knowledge, and network.

The event will feature lightning talks, workshops, research showcases, and poster sessions, providing an engaging platform for ECRs to present their work and connect with peers and experts in health data science.

There will also be representation from industry partners including AWS, AstraZeneca and Genomics England among others.

One objective is to encourage discussion between early career researchers and their peers in order to foster stronger links between them.

It will also be a chance to find out about the remarkable careers being pursued by HDR UK Fellows, celebrate the graduation of the first HDRUK-Turing Wellcome PhD cohort and welcome the new Driver Programme Fellows to the HDR UK community.

  • A  limited number of travel bursaries are available.
