Mfoniso Udo is the founder and president of the Stellar Females in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) – a value-focused organisation and a social enterprise where she leverages her experience to mentor and support young women in the STEM ecosystem.
She is a pragmatic leader who is fascinated with data. She is working towards integrating big data, data governance and design thinking to drive organisational development and digital transformation.
Mfoniso is currently undergoing her Master’s degree in Big Data and Digital Futures in the UK as one of the winners of the Prestigious Commonwealth Shared Scholarship tenable at the University of Warwick.
Her host organisation through HDR UK’s Black Internship Programme is with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
