I’m a first-year student currently studying Biochemistry, greatly interested in the fusion of analytical methods and healthcare. My fascination in biological research has also broadened my curiosity in using health data research to improve the lives of many especially individuals living with rare conditions; in addition, through the utilisation of health data science in the innovation of drug development and improvement of regulatory processes.
Throughout this internship I hope to expand my knowledge of diseases and health conditions and discover how my degree could be utilised to improve healthcare. Also expanding my analytic skills and proficiency in coding. also using this excellent opportunity to learn, network and make a positive impact in health data.
