Event Submissions
When to complete this form:
- Please complete this form if you require any events support from the HDR UK HQ communications and engagement team. Support may include adding the event to the HDR UK website promoting the event to the wider HDR UK community, setting up an Eventbrite page etc. Please outline any additional requests for support and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Please complete this form at least 2 weeks before the event.
- The form below will allow us to allocate support and resources accordingly.
- After the form has been submitted, Vrinda (Events Officer) will be in touch to discuss your requirements further. Please allow up to three working days for a response.
Before finalising the date for your event:
- Please add the HDR UK Events calendar to your Outlook and check for any clashes before finalising the date/time for your event
- When a date and time for an event is finalised, please send a calendar invite to events@hdruk.ac.uk so that it appears in the events calendar
