William is a Strategy Delivery specialist with a track record in digitally enabled enterprise development and transformation in both Private and Public Sector organisations. A key competency is evolving culturally attuned, agile and delivery-focused business initiatives and service development teams in organisations with complex digital transformation needs and a requirement to maintain business as usual operations. He is currently leading the NW London Diabetes Digital Transformation working with local, regional and national stakeholders. Most recently he has worked in transformational and turnaround roles for NHS organisations.
