Tasher is a biomedical science graduate currently pursuing a master’s degree in genetic manipulation and molecular cell biology. Her academic background and ongoing MSc research project have contributed to her growing interest in bioinformatics and health data science.

Tasher is passionate about understanding the mechanisms behind diseases and exploring how genetic tools can contribute to therapeutic advancements and more personalised medicine. Through the HDR internship she hopes to gain hands on experience and insights to strengthen her analytical skills and contribute to the collaborative process behind biomedical research.
