Sinduja Manohar joined HDR UK as Public Engagement and Involvement Officer in January 2020 to support the development and delivery of the organisation’s patient and public involvement and engagement strategy and activities.
Following her training to become a Biomedical Scientist and move to Public Health, Sinduja’s previous roles have been in the charity sector working on community based peer support and growing patient involvement at the British Heart Foundation. During her time there she led involvement activities to support strategy development, research, grant funding, policy, creation of resources and fundraising. She also played a key role in building their patient involvement network and provided training and support to staff to run their own involvement activities.
