Rachel Christie

Population Health Analyst at the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB)

Rachel is a Population Health Analyst at the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB), passionate about harnessing data science to enhance decision-making across the NHS. She works closely with the Health Equity team to embed data-driven approaches within population health management, supporting system-wide efforts to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for local communities. Rachel is particularly interested in how analysts can translate complex insights into meaningful action and engage decision-makers in using data more effectively to drive equitable health improvements.
