Professor Danesh’s research focus is on providing novel insights into the causes and predictors of chronic diseases, using discovery genomics and cardiovascular genetics, therapeutic target prioritisation, screening and risk prediction, and systems genomics. Professor Danesh is joint Director for the Health Data Research UK-Cambridge region, and joint Director for the HDR UK Molecules to Health Records Research Driver Programme.
