My name is Precious and I am a final year Psychology (BSc) undergraduate. I have always been passionate about research, particularly in relation to public health and patient care. Being a patient can be extremely isolating, especially for those battling serious illnesses such as cancer. However, through data collection, analysis, and research, public health facilities are able to customise their services to cater to the unique needs of patients, ultimately enhancing their overall experience. For this reason, I am very excited to begin my internship with Picker Institute, an organisation dedicated to patient-centred care.
I am hardworking, analytical, and determined to make a positive change through research.
