Paul was previously Chief Technology Officer at Ocado, where he led the sharp end of their innovation factory for many years.
He now has a portfolio life, sitting on a number of government and industry advisory boards including the UKAEA Programme Advisory Council and Health Data Research UK, whilst at the same time advising a growing portfolio of start-ups. His previous roles include being co-chair of the UK Robotics Growth Partnership, UK AI Council, ISCF Future Flight, and National Food Strategy. He is now also working on an exciting startup venture to change the way we build almost everything!
Paul originally read Physics at Oxford, before then entering the computer industry. In what little spare time he has alongside his work and family, Paul loves to invent and build stuff, design PCBs, write software and generally tinker.
