I am currently a third-year Biology student at the University of Birmingham with a particular interest in genetics. I also have been interested in tech and Computer Science, with coding experience in Java and SQL. Throughout my studies, I have become increasingly aware of the immense potential of data analysis in the field of genetics, and I am eager to pursue a deeper understanding of how data can be effectively utilized to improve human health.

I am excited to have the opportunity to take part in the health data research Internship at the Alan Turing Institute as it will allow me to contribute to ongoing research project and learn more about the skills needed to excel in a career in data analytics all while getting to meet and work with new people from a variety of backgrounds.
