Monika joined Health Data Research UK in July 2024 as a Senior Programme Manager, overseeing the Brain Health portfolio where she is responsible for project management and delivery of brain health and neurodegeneration projects.
With over 7 years of experience in programme management across Higher Education, biotech, and pharma, she previously led projects in development of nucleic acid vaccine and therapeutics at pHion Therapeutics. There, she was responsible for overseeing R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing activities from vaccine discovery to clinical development.
Monika holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast, a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, and is certified in PRINCE2 and Scrum.
