Patient, Public Involvement and Engagement Officer at BHF Data Science Centre
Jemma is the Patient, Public Involvement and Engagement Officer for the BHF Data Science Centre supporting the BHF Data Science Centre’s operations team and PPIE manager, ensuring that patient and public voice is embedded in our work at all stages.
Prior to joining HDR UK, Jemma was a Mental Health Engagement Lead, leading public and stakeholder engagement and promotion across the Northeast.
Furthermore, for several years, she worked with the public, ensuring patients and local communities actively engaged in sharing their voices with local healthcare services and commissioners.
With over 14 years of experience across the voluntary, community and health & social care sectors, Jemma is passionate about engaging and communicating with the public.
