Hello all!
I am Imani Stone. Currently I am studying for my Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences at University College London. My background is in Biomedical Sciences (BSc), and French as well!
My main research interests lie in the biological, cognitive, and behavioural processes, behind mental health disorders. This is an emerging field that I think will continue to grow over the years and there is so much to learn about all of the factors that contribute to what mental health concerns we may or may not develop and why. Furthermore, the data gathered from this kind of research will undoubtedly enrich the way in which we develop treatments for mental health disorders as we gain more nuanced knowledge of how they manifest.
I am excited about this opportunity to explore Health Data Research even further and look forward to a career rich in data and mental health!
