Marwa has PhD in Bioinformatics, plus three years’ postdoctoral experience in molecular epidemiology and health data science.

She is interested in EHR data analyses and reproducible analytical pipelines to explore the effect of exposures on health outcomes. She is keen on exploring the processes of drug discovery and assessing the subsequent impact of these pharmaceuticals on disease progression and patient health.

She says that analysing EHR data allows for a comprehensive examination of these dynamics, which contributes to the advancement of personalised medicine and the improvement of healthcare strategies
