Asma joined HDR UK in April 2025 as Impact and Evaluation Officer for PEDRI’s Good Practice Standards Workstream.
Before joining HDR UK, Asma was an academic researcher and her research interests included ethnic and religious inequalities in healthcare and the labour market. She has almost two decades of experience in designing and conducting qualitative and co-produced research projects.
Through her work on the PEDRI Good Practice Standards workstream, Asma will bring her existing research and project management skills to applied settings, learning from and with her colleagues to improve experiences of public involvement.
