Dina Roggero joined Health Data Research UK in October 2024. In her role, she supports the delivery of HDR UK’s strategy for involving and engaging patients, the public, professionals and practitioners in the work of the institute. Dina has a background working in dementia policy engagement. She previously worked as an Influencing and Engagement Officer, leading the engagement work with people living with dementia and unpaid carers, enabling them to use their experience and expertise to influence and shape dementia policy in Scotland.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Research Methods in Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and prior to this, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Heriot-Watt University.
