I recently completed my MSc in Global Health with a concentration in Epidemiology from University College London (UCL). I possess a strong background in applied public health and relevant professional experience in epidemiological research. My primary interests lie in using big data for health service research to inform health policy and provide cost effective health care. I am specifically interested in exploring the role of technology and data science in public health and leveraging them to improve healthcare outcomes.
Through my internship with HDR, I aim to gain practical experience in advanced data analytics that can generate insights to improve health outcomes, and to contribute to the development of innovative approaches for utilizing structured and unstructured health data to address public health challenges. Ultimately, I aspire to build a career in the field of health data science and focus on improving health equity through data-driven interventions.
