Claudia joined the People Team at Health Data Research UK in October 2025 as Human Resources Coordinator. She brings to the role a wealth of expertise developed across a range of sectors, spanning HR Operations, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Executive Recruitment, Reward, and Organisational Development.
With an academic background in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Human Resources Management & Organisational Analysis, Claudia is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 7 Associate. She began her career in Board and C-Suite retained search within the global Pharma, Biotech, and Life Science Research sector before moving into the NHS, where she broadened her experience as a well-rounded HR professional. Alongside her career, Claudia has volunteered to campaign for the Disability Employment Charter at a parliamentary level, reflecting her commitment to workplace inclusion and social impact.Claudia’s personal interests revolve around travel and exploring cultures through food, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. She is also an active member of her local community, refereeing social sports games in her spare time.
