Clare joined HDR UK in September 2024 as Programme Manager for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Clare has been working within further and higher education institutions for approximately 18 years, most recently at the University of Aberdeen and previously at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, the University of East London and the University for the Creative Arts. Clare has worked in a range of roles including managing student services and leading EDI programmes. Clare has recently completed a PhD at the University of Leeds.
