Title: Digital Transformation approach towards “Sharing Reproducible Analyses in Big Healthcare Data Infrastructures”

Summary:

The increasing volume and complexity of healthcare data pose significant challenges for researchers seeking to conduct reproducible and impactful analyses. This is particularly true in the context of federated data infrastructures, which aim to enable collaborative research while maintaining patient privacy and data security. To address these challenges, this research proposal outlines a comprehensive study to explore innovative approaches for sharing reproducible analyses in big healthcare data infrastructures.

What is the inspiration for your PhD research?

The ever-increasing volume and complexity of healthcare data present both immense opportunities and formidable challenges for researchers seeking to conduct reproducible and impactful analyses. These challenges are particularly acute in the context of federated data infrastructures, which aim to enable collaborative research while maintaining patient privacy and data security.

Driven by a deep passion for advancing data management and a keen interest in addressing the complexities of federated data infrastructures, I am delighted to be pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at the University of Manchester, focusing on the critical topic of Digital Transformation approach towards “Sharing Reproducible Analyses in Big Healthcare Data Infrastructures”.
