Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest mental health and disability trusts in England. We provide mental health, learning disability and neurological care for people across the North of England, as well as some national specialist services. We are very keen to work with HDR UK’s Black Internship Programme, as it is an opportunity for us to support analysts and data scientist of the future, whilst gaining important insight in our own data and practices. This year’s intern will support our work in the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework, an initiative where we are trying to better understand inequalities in the services we offer and population we serve, and identify areas for improvement going forward.
