Data Grand Round: Chatting about DUC/CCE: What’s the use?
Dr Spencer Gibson, Research Fellow at the University of Leicester presents: Chatting about DUC/CCE: What’s the use?
DUC/CCE is a two-part framework, designed as part of the European Joint Project on Rare Disease. It can be used to represent a summary of use conditions associated with a given bioresource. The talk will present the basics of the framework and include a demo of how ChatGPT can be used to query a DUC/CCE-based profile to ascertain possible permitted uses, prior to making a formal access request.
