Upcoming: Our 2021 event
Our annual summer schools bring together PhD students, early to mid-career researchers and technical specialists to explore key research issues and meet their peers from every area of health data science.
We are currently planning the next event – which will take place on 6 September.
It will bring together leading experts who will offer insights on the fundamental issues of working with data and there will also be interactive activities and lots of opportunities to expand your network of contacts.
Our 2019 event
The 2019 summer school took place at St Andrews University, in Scotland, and also saw HDR UK work with local high schools. Due to the pandemic the event went digital in 2020.
You can see the brochure for full details of the St Andrews event and watch the videos to get a taste of what the Summer Schools offer. Or watch the video to hear from Summer School participants themselves.
